General Shipping information

All orders are processed Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm.

For stocked items we take 1-3 business days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. 

For made-to-order & custom order shipping time will vary and be displayed in the description of the product. Some of our items are made-to-order in small batches to ensure no waste. For these items, please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled plus shipping time. 

Shipping fees and order delivery times will vary depending on the package destination. See more information on shipping rates below.  

Order confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order and confirming payment.

Your order can be tracked once it is processed for delivery.

Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays.

ALL PRICES CHARGED ON THE WEBSITE ARE IN CAD (Canadian Dollar). Depending on your country, currency conversions will be reflected on your credit card/banking statement bill.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us at manadodesigns@gmail.com 

If your order is still in our facility, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We do not accept PO boxes as addresses.

 
Indonesia Domestic Orders

Processing time for your order is 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for the package to be received depending on the destination.

Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders within Indonesia.

International Orders

Processing time for your order is 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
International deliveries can take up to 1-2 weeks. All transit times exclude time in customs.

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout based on the country your order is being shipped to.

We offer Free international shipping for orders over $150 CAD

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Once it leaves our office and in the hands of the courier, we no longer have control or access to the package.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once a shipment reaches its destination country. 

Manado does not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore every buyer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. 

As import duties and tax charges vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Please note we are not responsible for any charges regarding this. 

We do not accept returns and will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been send back initiated by the shipping company if you choose to not pay the taxes/fees/custom clearance provided by the country which the package is shipped to.

Shipping Rates

Indonesia:

We offer Free Shipping for all domestic order within Indonesia. 

Please allow an additional 3-6 business days for the package to be received depending on the package destinations.

International:

We offer Free international shipping for orders over $150 CAD

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout based on the country your order is being shipped. 

Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for which we are not responsible for. Time frames for shipping are estimates during this time.

If your country is not available to ship to, please contact us at manadodesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you with your purchase. 

All shipping time frames are quoted in business days. Please account for delays due to customs if you’re located internationally.

In case of not responding to delivery attempts

You will receive notification when your order is shipped and you will be able to track your order online.
In case our delivery executive tries to contact you for delivery and you are not able to attend his call, or you are not available to receive the order at your location, in such a scenario, the shipment company will attempt to deliver your product a few more times. However, if you still can’t receive the order, then we can no longer hold the shipping company regarding their policy which states: “If the consignee is not responding on email or phone number, the order will be automatically returned to the supplier or destroyed at shipping facility depending upon the policy of that country”.

PLEASE NOTE: Under these circumstances, if you can’t receive the order after several attempts from the shipping company then you are not liable to receive any kind of refund or compensation from Manado.


To avoid this occasion

We try our absolute best to avoid any kind of inconvenience regarding your order.

To further ensure that you receive your order in time and without any complications, you are requested to provide us an active email ID and mobile number so that we can contact you whenever necessary and provide you updates regarding your order.

Please inform us within 12 hours of your order being place, if you want to change your delivery address or any contact details provided by you to Manado. It is to ensure that we can inform our delivery partners in time. 

If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages and will not offer a refund.
