Returns

Orders from MANADO can easily be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the return policy below.

To start a return, you must notify us through email at manadodesigns@gmail.com 
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-identifiable returns send to Manado will not be refundable. 

Note: As we are a small business, we will not be able to provide shipping labels for returns and will not cover the shipping costs at this time. Unpaid returns will not be accepted by Manado.

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded.

Due to health regulations and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. 

All Sale items and custom pieces are non-refundable. 

When you return a product, Manado cannot accept any responsibility for products that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this from happening, we recommend that you send your return package back to us with a secure shipping service provider of your choice, which offers the option of tracking your shipment. 

Please also make sure that your Manado return is insured and that a fully completed return form is enclosed in your package. We will send you the form via email. 

We recommend that you keep the receipt from the parcel service until the purchase price has been refunded. As soon as we have received your return, we will initiate the refund to you as soon as possible. In exceptional cases this can take up to 7 working days. 

Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used at the time of purchase. 

International customs duties and sales taxes are not reimbursed by Manado.

Faulty Items:

There may be slight variation or imperfections from time to time between products as each jewelry piece is unique and handmade.

In the rare occasion that your item is faulty, please contact us at manadodesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Once proof of damage has been provided by the customer, you may claim the replacement only 7 days after receiving your faulty item and arrange replacement of the product after such notification.

After verifying your faulty order, we will replace the order for no additional costs & provide all additional shipping fees. 

If you wish to not make claim of the FREE REPLACEMENT, you will have to continue with a refund. 

Kindly note we do not take responsibility for mishandled pieces. If your item was damaged due to wearing in unsuitable conditions, putting pressure on the links, or anything else that defects jewelry we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contact is not a fault, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure, salt water/chlorine damage and general wear and tear.

Manado reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer an exchange of your order. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return your original order to us for a refund and then place a new order.
